Patient Name: - Master Shambhu Vikas Malekar

Shambhu is 8 yrs. old his residence address is A/P- Songaon ( Inampatta), Tal - Baramati & Dist – Pune - 413102

Family history – His family has old grandparents; His father is a farmer & mother is a housewife. He also has one younger brother age -3.6 years. Since Shambhu is diagnosed with Classic Medulloblastoma His mother and father both work in other farms on daily wages for extra source of income for his treatment. The family has no other source of income only 1-acre land for farming. That land is also kept as the mortgage for his treatment. Due to heavy rainfall, no proper cultivation grew & most of the crops drained away. So they had to face loss in farming.

Till  date, Shambhu is been operated 2 times at Noble hospital, Pune & Yashwant Hospital, Satara.

Since then 5,00,000/- to 6,00,000/- of expenses done for his treatment & Investigation, by lending from villagers, relatives & friends. All the belonging gold (Shambhu’s mother & grandmother) was sold for his treatment, land was kept mortgage.

Suggested treatment – Radiation & Chemotherapy.
